Rheanna Randall serves as Director of Community Engagement at Samaritan Center. She is a passionate member of the Austin community. She grew up between Leander and Panama, the daughter of two Air Force veterans, and has called Austin home since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience and went on to complete her Master of Science in Leadership and Change, both from St. Edward’s University. With a deep commitment to equity and community engagement, Rheanna began her professional journey doing business development for the Texas Diversity Council. Since then, she has continued to build a career centered around inclusive leadership, adult learning, and creating systems that foster belonging. In her free time, she enjoys being active, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.
