A safe space over teletherapy, limited to eight participants, to share your experience, hear others, receive support, and provide support to others. We all have individual stories, while having a shared experience.
Participants will also learn a skill to calm their mind and/or body. Our bodies hold stress that affects sleep, inflammation, mood, digestion, etc. While we cannot control COVID-19, we can use the tools learned to help our bodies and minds cope during all the stress and uncertainty
