Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat. Class will begin with a breathing exercise to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic aspects of the nervous system, followed by stretching and movement to regulate and detoxify the body. We will end with a brief meditation to foster focus and calm. All skill levels are welcome. This class is free for Veterans, service members and military family members with proof of military status (military ID, VA card, DD-214, VA statement of benefits).
