Michelle Clark, LPC-S, ATR is a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist who has provided evidence-based group and individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents, as well as their caregivers for the past 12 years. At Samaritan Center, she provides tele-therapy for children (ages 8 and up), adolescents, and adults. Michelle’s clinical interests include providing person-centered art and play therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults who have been exposed to various types of trauma, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, community violence, and traumatic loss. Additionally, she specializes in working with clients who are neurodivergent and supporting their caregivers. She also has an interest in serving clients who identify as a part of the LGBTQ community. She received her master’s degree in art therapy counseling from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
