Brooke Culbertson, LMSW is a passionate advocate for mind-body wellness. She treats each person from a holistic lens that recognizes environmental, relational, cultural, and systemic influences on that person’s physical and mental health.
She uses a trauma-informed approach to work with adults and couples on a variety of conditions including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, relational issues, PTSD, and complex trauma. Brooke’s strengths-based, client-centered perspective draws from a variety of modalities including internal family systems, acceptance & commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices. She is certified in pain reprocessing therapy, an evidence-based treatment for chronic pain.
Brooke holds a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
